We’ve all spent money on skincare routines, hair masks, and nail oils hoping they’ll fix dryness, dullness, or breakage. But what if the real glow-up starts before you reach for a product? For the longest time, I thought beauty was something you applied. Chasing that glow, that bounce, that smoothness we all want. And while some of it helped, nothing truly worked long-term.
It wasn’t until I started looking inward—literally—that things changed.
The truth is: your glow doesn’t begin in your bathroom—it starts in your kitchen.
When My Body Started Speaking, I Finally Listened
My skin looked dull, no matter what I used. My hair felt thinner, and my nails were constantly breaking. I didn’t realize these were signs of something deeper—until I started learning about vitamins and minerals.
That’s when it clicked:
